In Person Training

If you live on the Massachusetts Northshore (or are willing to travel) and are wanting to maximize your results and get hands-on feedback, I have limited spots available in two separate gyms for 1-on-1, semi-private and small group training.

In-person coaching is perfect for those who are brand new to exercising and lifting weights, those dealing with past or current injuries and/or those looking for real time form analysis and movement assessment.

I also offer sessions for those looking for an occasional in-person tune-up on their lifts or current program.
