Stop wasting time worrying about planning your workouts, always dieting and never seeing progress
“I never thought a Facebook group coaching program would be a good fit for me but it’s turned out to be fun. Getting in the gym without having to plan my own workouts and having a group PLUS a coach to ask questions to instead of having to sit on Google or Youtube for hours. Brit, you rock!” – Alysia C.
“Starting to really gain confidence in the gym. Consistency is something I have ALWAYS struggled with. But I’m proud to say that I have been faithfully doing my Bestliferesults workouts for months (albeit not perfectly). I have never stuck with a specific program this long. It’s so great to have a coach who is so helpful and have a Facebook group full of awesome, supportive people. Thanks Brit!!” – Carissa H.
“My entire life I’ve wanted to be thinner, leaner and smaller. There isn’t necessarily anything wrong with those things, but I didn’t know there were other options! All those years of trying to be thin, and when I finally achieved it, it wasn’t what I wanted. Never in a million years would I have believed it if you told me I’d think that. I’m so glad I opened my mind to other possibilities…You’ve given me confidence in my body and I really appreciate it! You have helped me drop so much fat and add so much muscle – I had no idea it was possible in [that time]! The scale is such a small part of measuring progress. I wish more people could recognize that.” – Jeanne P.
“My mindset while working with you and this awesome group has been a million times more healthy than past groups/coaching I’ve been a part of. Seriously, cannot express how wonderful and supported I feel. Love the group size too (I can actually get to know others and don’t feel like I’m competing for answers AND you actually respond. To literally everything)… I can honestly say that I’ve made huge mental strides thanks to you. It’s like the devil/angel sitch where they’re talking into my ear – you’re my angel, always bringing the chill the fuck out, be patient/kind and trust this shit advice.” – Sarah P.
“Working with Brit has been a game changer. When I started, my aesthetic goals were fear based and negative, rooted in my original issues with my weight from my teenage years, and I struggled with self-sabotage at times in the program. But with Brit’s coaching, I’ve been able to see this mindset and shift it. My favorite thing about Brit’s coaching style is that she understands the desire to change your body, has the tools and coaching to help make it happen, but she’s also about the bigger picture and context of your life. That individualized, holistic approach has been really helpful to me.” – Rachel V.
“When I started the program my goal was weight loss. I currently weigh the same as I did when I started. My goals and outlook have GREATLY changed… strength is where it’s at! I am lifting, squatting and pulling weight I never thought was possible. So yeah I weigh the same but I’m HELLA stronger.” – Meg G.
This is the program I wish I had when I started lifting
You’re going to the gym but feeling intimidated and unsure of what to do or how to put a workout together.
You’re taking class after class yet never see any changes or getting any stronger.
You’ve tried diet after diet but nothing ever works.
You feel overwhelmed, frustrated and confused with all of the “do this not that” information out there.
You can’t find a coach with rates you can afford or a schedule that works with yours.
Group coaching is for you if you want to:
- feel more confident in your body.
- have a plan and purpose each and every time you step in the gym – no more feeling like you don’t know what to do or where to start.
- have a coach and a community who understands your struggles, celebrates in your successes and is there to help hold you accountable.
- be able to schedule your workouts for what works best with your day to day lifestyle.
- get stronger.
- stop bouncing from program to program and diet to diet.
- make actual progress and see real results.
What You’ll Get:
A new program – including warmup drills and routines, strength training, conditioning circuits and extra finishers to put additional focus on areas of your choosing, like glutes, arms, core, and chin-ups – each month, sent via email.
Every program is customizable and scalable (don’t worry, I’ll help!) to your current strength, skill, experience level and equipment availability. There are instructions and video demonstrations for every exercise so you’ll know exactly what to do.
Access to our private FB group. You’ll have unlimited access to me here, to answer all your questions. Here is where you’ll be able to post pictures/videos of your lifts to receive form analysis and individual feedback, be able to chat (and commiserate 😉 ) with other group members and have a chance to increase your accountability and motivation. Participation and discussion are highly, highly encouraged but is not required. You are more than welcome to be a mostly silent member.
First dibs on test driving new things I create, like, my Pushup Prowess Program ( which no one else has access to) a four-week program to build THE most killer pushups.
Q: How long is the program?
A: It’s initial 3 month commitment, then if you’d like to stay in the group (indefinitely!) you’ll become a monthly member and will continue receiving new monthly programs and coaching
Q: What types of equipment/gym will I need?
A: Honestly, I can make anything work 😉 You will need access to SOME kind of weights as this is not a bodyweight only program, however, current members range from using home gym setups, hotel/apartment complex gyms, commercial gyms like Planet Fitness and more strength and conditioning/Crossfit type setups.
Q: Is this for female identifying folks only?
A: Nope! I program for and coach all humans. A squat is a squat, a push-up is a push-up. All are welcome.
Q: I’ve been to the gym before, but I’m not experienced. Will the program be too difficult for me? Will I be lost?
A: Beginners to strength training are 100% welcomed. You do not need to be an experienced or advanced lifter by any means.
Q: How often will I be expected to participate in the FB group?
A: You won’t be! While I highly encourage and recommend posting tons of questions, videos and other feedback, it isn’t required. Some members are very active in the group and post frequently, others, none at all.
