What You’ll Get:
A new program – including warmup drills and routines, strength training, conditioning circuits and extra finishers to put additional focus on areas of your choosing, like glutes, arms, core, and chin-ups – each month, sent via email.
Every program is customizable and scalable (don’t worry, I’ll help!) to your current strength, skill, experience level and equipment availability. There are instructions and video demonstrations for every exercise so you’ll know exactly what to do.
Nutrition coaching. Initially you’ll start by learning and understanding how and why to be aware of macronutrients (proteins, carbs and fats) in accordance to what YOUR goals are. Wanting to focus on fat loss is not a pre-requisite, but you know we aren’t completely anti-diet around here either. All goals are valid, but I’ll make sure you’re weeding out the unrealistic ones. With my help, you’ll create personalized guidelines and receive an individual progress tracker to gauge daily habits and weekly progress.
A 1-on-1 email check-in with me every week, specifically to discuss any changes to be made with your nutrition, but also to touch base on how things are going overall. If fat loss and/or body composition changes are part of your goals, this weekly email is where I’ll go over your stats and photos and take a deeper peek into the progress tracking sheets I’ll be giving you.
Access to our private FB group. You’ll have unlimited access to me here, to answer all your questions. Here is where you’ll be able to post pictures/videos of your lifts to receive form analysis and individual feedback, be able to chat (and commiserate 😉 ) with other group members and have a chance to increase your accountability and motivation. Participation and discussion are highly, highly encouraged but is not required. You are more than welcome to be a mostly silent member.

Q: How long is the program?
A: It’s initial 3 month commitment, then if you’d like to stay in the group (indefinitely!) you’ll become a monthly member and will continue receiving new monthly programs and coaching
Q: Can I join JUST for the training program, or, JUST for the nutrition coaching?
A: Yes, absolutely. If you’ve already got your training taken care of and are only wanting nutrition coaching, that’s fine and vice versa. You’ll get all of the same info and material as any other group member as it’s a package deal. The monthly prices remain the same, however, and no discounts are offered.
Q: What types of equipment/gym will I need?
A: Honestly, I can make anything work 😉 You will need access to SOME kind of weights as this is not a bodyweight only program, however, current members range from using home gym setups, hotel/apartment complex gyms, commercial gyms like Planet Fitness and more strength and conditioning/Crossfit type setups.
Q: Is this for female identifying folks only?
A: Nope! I program for and coach all humans. A squat is a squat, a push-up is a push-up. All are welcome.
Q: I’ve been to the gym before, but I’m not experienced. Will the program be too difficult for me? Will I be lost?
A: Beginners to strength training are 100% welcomed. You do not need to be an experienced or advanced lifter by any means.
Q: How often will I be expected to participate in the FB group?
A: You won’t be! While I highly encourage and recommend posting tons of questions, videos and other feedback, it isn’t required. Some members are very active in the group and post frequently, others, none at all.
