I could introduce myself by telling you I’m a certified and licensed athletic trainer with a slightly silly masters degree (hello 7 years of school) a graduate certification in Sports Nutrition, and that I’m a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach as well as a certified personal trainer.

But I think it’s much more important you know I believe wholeheartedly in the magic of high waisted pants, books are my church, I’m always cold, always commando and definitely covered in dog hair. You CANNOT eat off my floors. 

I’m sometimes sassy and usually quirky and was someone who always always preferred a life on the sidelines in part thanks to a lack of hand/eye coordination, but mostly because I felt so damn uncomfortable in this body. 

I’m an “everyday’ person who learned strength and balance makes for one hell of the type of best life I had envisioned. 

Now I help other “everyday” people discover how becoming healthier and stronger is doable for them too and not only the athletes and genetically gifted. 

The truth: you’re capable of so much more than you know. And you are STRONGER than you think you are (mentally & physically). And understanding this is what helps you change how you approach fitness and nutrition. Something, I promise, will change how you approach so many things in your life.
